El estudio se realiza con un dise\u00f1o aleatorizado, doble ciego y controlado con placebo, comparando la seguridad y la eficacia de diferentes dosis de GS-1427 con un grupo placebo. El objetivo principal es determinar si el f\u00e1rmaco en investigaci\u00f3n es eficaz para inducir una mejor\u00eda cl\u00ednica en esta
